If you’re looking to lose weight, having a healthy diet and a consistent workout plan is a formula to get you most of the way there. I say most of the way because there’s a little something extra you should be doing to get that extra boost you need to really hit your weight loss goals. That thing is supplementation with a diet pill.

While you might not think of this attribute at first, green coffee beans are amazing fat burners. I take a look at one of the most popular pills of this type on Amazon (4+ star rating after over 6,000 reviews) from NatureWise.

Best Green Coffee Bean Supplement

First of all, let’s get into what this supplement is all about. The green coffee bean extract is a decaffeinated extracted that is pulled from unroasted coffee beans. These beans have a higher content of chlorogenic acids than roasted beans. These naturally occurring acids are an amazing antioxidant. They can help regulate your blood sugar as well as provide a boost to your metabolism. For this reason, green coffee bean extract has become a very popular weight loss supplement over the past few years.

The formula from NatureWise contains Green Coffee Antioxidant (GCA), which is their own proprietary extract that purports to have the highest level of chlorogenic acids compared to the rest of the industry. Each serving of this supplement will supply you with 800 mg of GCA and another 20 mg of caffeine (another metabolism booster), making it one powerful fat burner. Don’t worry, though – the 20 mg isn’t an amount great enough to make you all hyped up. It is roughly the equivalent of one cup of decaf coffee (but just enough caffeine content for its fat-fighting benefits).

What I Like About This Supplement

I love how they have extracted such a rich supply of GCA and packed it into this pill. It is a pure, concentrated extract that is 50% GCA. For comparison, the normal level of chlorogenic acid in a whole green coffee bean is around 6% to 7%. They’ve really packed this nutrient in there.

I like that that it has just enough caffeine for a little jolt of energy and to ramp up my metabolism a bit. But it’s not overly caffeinated to the point that I get any jittery side effects like I just had a big cup of coffee.

Just like I seek out with other supplements (as well as with my diet and other facets of my life), I like that this product is natural and pure. This product is 3rd-party tested for purity and potency and is non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan, no preservatives, no fillers, no artificial colors or flavors. Nothing but the good stuff. I like knowing what I put into my body, and there’s no guessing what’s in this product.

On that note, here is what you will find in this product:

Where to Buy

I do almost all of my supplement shopping (as well as most of my other shopping) on Amazon. I just love the convenience, the pricing, and the selection offered there. It’s how I first came across this product. I noticed the positive reviews and gave it a try myself and am glad I did. It’s been a great addition to my supplementation routine. I take 2 capsules per day, and at that rate, one bottle of this will last you 30 days. You can find it available here on Amazon.com.
