Whenever I’m buying a testosterone supplement, one of the ingredients that I look for is Fenugreek. No, despite the name, it has nothing to do with the country of Greece. Rather, it is an herb that is traditionally used in Persian, Indian, and Turkish cuisine.

It has been used for centuries for its medicinal properties (despite just being a tasty herb additive to dishes), so I decided to take a deeper dive into what it does for the body and why it is so commonly found in test-boosting supplements.

Can Fenugreek Boost Testosterone?

As mentioned above, this herb (scientifically known as Trigonella Foenum-Graecum) has been used for ages for its benefits towards blood sugar control (benefiting diabetes), for an increase of breast milk production in women, as well as boosting libido and testosterone levels in men.
