A new book has been published by author Will Cole called Ketotarian which promotes the idea of combining different diets to multiply the health benefits. In particular, Cole contends that combining aspects from vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, and ketogenic diets can lead to more benefits than if one of those diets were strictly followed alone.
